ABOUT ME
and creating products that solve unique problems is my passion.
I believe that everyone has had one truly innovative idea for a product/solution, and couldn’t materialise it given the tremendous amount of time needed to learn, and money spent investing. That’s where I come in.
I work directly with ambitious individuals bringing awesome ideas into life: whether it’s addressing a niche problem that uniquely impacts them, or groundbreaking ideas poised to disrupt entire industries.
Whether it be translating napkin sketches, to designing from intricate technical drawings, I have a proven track record of designing and manufacturing diverse prototypes for businesses, schools, and individuals.
My work has not only brought countless ideas to life but has also saved my clients tens of thousands of dollars compared to quotes from larger design companies.
From Melbourne, I’ve printed over 5500* high quality parts that have been dispatched to customers all over the world, and collaborated on 40 different projects.

Car Enthusiast
Absolutely wonderful to work with on this mini project of mine. I required some 3D-printed fins to be made for a car diffuser to which I had been making via a custom approach, and the end product was of high quality, and just as I expected after providing a description of my requirements. The communication was very fast and succinct, and was a very friendly ordeal with no hiccups. Production of my item was very fast, and I had the end product in a quick time frame. Thank you for the good work, and looking forward to ordering again in the future for future projects!

Alex went so far above and beyond what I expected as a buyer, that I can’t even begin to express how happy I am with the prints he did for me. The print quality is second-to-none, there is so little cleanup needed on each item, the detail is incredible. …Alex has won me over, and I will 100% be buying every print I need done from here in the future. I can’t express how happy I am that I chose this shop!

He brought my project to life quickly and cheaply, and was ready with all the information I needed. I can not recommend him enough. Thank you so much! 🙂

Alex is so helpful – especially translating my vision into reality – he was super patient and the product prototype he created really was just what I needed. Thanks again and the fast turnaround. I will definitely be back as inspiration calls for 😉
For standard filament (FDM) printing, I use several Bambu Lab P1P/P1S printers, equipped with high-flow nozzles and optionally AMS (Automatic Material System)
For resin (SLA) printing, I use a pair of Elegoo Saturn V2 8K printers.
The standard material for FDM prints are PLA and PETG. For PLA, a wide range of colours are available upon request.
Depending on your needs, I also have a small inventory of speciality filament that have some of the following characteristics:
For resin prints, I use an “abs-like” grey resin. I offer clear/translucent resin and also have a limited inventory of jewellery-casting resin and flexible resin.
This is tricky to answer, since it generally depends on how big the part is, how it is printed, and whether any processing needs to be done before it’s shipped.
As of Q1 2024, the weekly production capacity is as much as 42kg of plastic, or 1000 units of iPhone-sized boxes, or about 700 rubber-duck sized prints.
Every project has different requirements, and every print is a little bit different. You’ll need to contact me first and I can provide you a quote.
