3DELTA offers a 3D printing service where users can upload their STL files and place orders for 3D prints. We provide high-quality 3D printing services using advanced technology and materials. The final product will be shipped to the customer’s specified address.

3. User Responsibilities
a. Accuracy of Information: Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing orders, including the STL file and shipping details. 3DELTA will not be held liable for any errors or delays caused by inaccurate information provided by the user.
b. Intellectual Property: Users must ensure that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use and reproduce any uploaded STL files. 3DELTA will not be responsible for any copyright or intellectual property infringement resulting from the use of user-uploaded files.
c. Prohibited Content: Users are strictly prohibited from uploading or requesting prints of any content that is illegal, offensive, or infringing upon the rights of others. 3DELTA reserves the right to refuse any order that violates these terms.

4. Pricing and Payment
a. Pricing: The price for 3D printing services will be clearly displayed on the Site and may vary based on factors such as material, size, complexity, and quantity.
b. Payment: Users must make payment in full at the time of placing an order. Payment options will be provided on the Site, including credit/debit cards and other accepted payment methods.
c. Taxes: Users are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees associated with their orders.

5. Order Processing and Delivery
a. Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, users will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of their order. This email does not signify acceptance of the order; it is merely an acknowledgment of receipt.
b. Order Acceptance: 3DELTA reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion. Acceptance of an order will be confirmed through a separate email notification.
c. Production and Delivery: The processing time for each order may vary depending on factors such as print complexity and order volume. 3DELTA will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders within the estimated timeframe. Delivery times will depend on the shipping method chosen by the user.
d. Shipping: 3DELTA will ship the completed prints to the address provided by the user during the ordering process. The user is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address. Any additional shipping charges, customs fees, or taxes will be the responsibility of the user.

6. Refunds and Returns
a. Quality Assurance: 3DELTA strives to deliver high-quality 3D prints. If the received product does not meet the agreed specifications, users must notify 3DELTA within 7 days of receiving the order.
b. Refunds: Refunds or reprints will be provided at the discretion of 3DELTA, depending on the nature of the issue. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
c. Returns: Due to the customized nature of 3D prints, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a quality issue or error on the part of 3DELTA.

7. Limitation of Liability
3DELTA will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site or the 3D printing service. Users agree to use the service at their own risk.

8. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, on the 3DELTA website is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent from 3DELTA.

3DELTA reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after any modifications will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
