These Terms and Conditions constitute the contract between 3Delta “we/us” and the customer “you” for the supply of goods and services. The details of our Terms and Conditions are laid out clearly below. We have endeavoured to give you all the information that you may require to carry out an online transaction with us. This includes the process from order, to delivery, our returns policy, guarantees and after sales service.

We will ask you to accept these Terms and Conditions whenever you make a purchase. The Terms and Conditions may be amended and updated occasionally so please spend a few minutes checking that you are happy with the details below. No other terms and conditions shall apply. By ordering goods from our online store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Placing an Order

You can modify your order at any point during the Checkout process until you confirm your payment details. You can review the contents of your Cart, add or remove items or correct any errors in your personal details. Your Cart will show you the total cost of your order, which will include the cost of the goods and delivery charges. You will be given the opportunity to review and accept a summary of your order details before proceeding to payment and confirming your order.

By placing an order you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete and not misleading.

Once we have received your order and confirmed your payment details, we will provide you with an Order Number. This Order Number will also be contained within an e-mail entitled “New Order” that will automatically be sent to your registered e-mail address when your order has been successfully completed. This e-mail confirms that we have received your order; however it does not serve as a guarantee that we will be able to supply all of the items on your order. If we cannot accept or fulfil your order for any reason, we will contact you to explain the reasons why.

Once we have dispatched your order, we will send you a “Complete” e-mail. The “Complete” e-mail will confirm that we are able to fulfil your order and will also contain shipping details and a tracking number for your goods. Invoices for your orders are stored on your Account page on our website.

All of our correspondence with you will be sent to the e-mail address provided by you when you register an account with us. Please check that we have the correct contact details during the Checkout process.

We will endeavour to supply you with all of the items listed in your New Order e-mail, however sometimes this may not be possible for the following reasons:
1) A product is no longer available.
2) We are unable to source relevant components or an item is out of stock.
3) There was a pricing error on the 3Delta website.

If we are unable to supply you with the item, we will contact you to suggest alternative products that may be of interest. If you do not wish to procure an alternative product, we will cancel your order with respect to the product that we cannot supply, and refund you the monies that you have paid us for that product.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to correct the error and charge the correct price. Under these circumstances, we will contact you and notify you of the mistake and offer you the opportunity for a full refund.

The refunds for the products and associated delivery charges will be the extent of our liability to you if we are unable to deliver the products you have ordered.

Prices and Payment

The prices advertised on this site are in Australian dollars but exclude delivery charges. All prices are subject to change without notice. The cost of your order will be the sum of the individual products or bundles, the delivery charge, and any additional services that you may have ordered. The total cost will be clearly displayed in your Cart when you check-out and before you confirm your order. Once you have confirmed your order, you will be asked to submit your payment details. Payment will be deducted from your account once you have confirmed your payment details. Payments must be made in the currency shown on your invoice.

Payment can be made securely by most major credit and debit cards or Paypal. Credit card details are processed using encryption and are not stored by us.

In order to protect you and us against fraudulent activities, we may use information that you have submitted to confirm your identity. For example, we may check your name, address or other personal information provided by you during the Checkout process against suitable third party databases.


From time to time there may be errors on our website such as wrong pricing, wrong descriptions and offers for products that are not available or are no longer available.  Despite anything else in these Terms, to the extent legally permitted, we may decline or cancel any orders that are affected by the error, even if the order has been confirmed and a credit card charged.  If your credit card is charged for the purchase and we cancel the order, we will notify you and credit your credit card account for the amount charged.

Special offers

We may provide special offer in relation to our goods from time to time. At any time we may terminate any special offer without advance notice. If terminated, a special offer will continue to apply to goods you ordered in good faith in accordance with these Terms before the special offer was terminated.


The delivery is based on weight and will be calculated prior to checkout. Once we have received confirmation of your payment details, we will dispatch your order. We will send your order to the Billing Address indicated by you during the Checkout process, unless a different Delivery Address is indicated by you. Please ensure that the delivery details we hold for you are correct. We will send you an e-mail entitled “Complete” with shipping details and a tracking number as soon as your order has left the warehouse. If you order a number of products, it is possible that your goods will arrive separately.

Missing, Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty orders

We strive to ensure that your order arrives intact and “Complete”. If you have ordered several products, they may not all arrive at once. You will be able to track the status of your order via a tracking code that will be sent to you in your "Complete" e-mail. If you have not received a "Complete" e-mail, or your order has not been dispatched, please contact us via e-mail at support@3delta.com.au

If you receive a damaged, incorrect or faulty order, please notify us immediately via the contact methods described above. We will confirm the most convenient process for you to return the item to us. Returns need to be carried out within 7 working days from the day after the delivery date. We will offer you the option of repair, replacement or full refund for your product.

The title to, and risk of loss of the goods transfers to you on delivery to the address indicated by you in the Checkout process. Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them until they are returned. Please see more detail in our Returns Policy below.

Returns and Cancellation Policy

If you decide to return your order once it has been delivered, we will refund or exchange your purchase as long as the item is undamaged and is returned in a saleable condition. You will need to return your purchase within 7 working days from the date of delivery.

On receipt of the returned, undamaged and unused item, we will issue a full refund for the cost of the product/s plus the original delivery charge. Any items that are returned damaged or used, or with indications that you did not take reasonable care of them whilst they were in your possession, may result in a reduced refund. Refunds will be made to the card that was used when payment was first made and will take 3-5 days to be credited to your account.

Product Guarantee

Most products come with a 12 month guarantee from the date of delivery which covers all parts and labour for all our products.
